Common effluent treatment plant for treatment of effluents generated by industrial units in Patalganga  MIDC industrial area was conceived as a joint efforts between Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Patalganga and Rasayani Industries  Association and Maharashtra Pollution Control Board.
                               It was decided to set up public limited company for implementation of CETP.
 Hydro air Tectonics (PCD) Pvt. Ltd. was selected as a joint venture partner and a joint venture  company named PRIA CETP (I) LTD  was formed for implementation of this project.
The project was   completed through active co- operation from officials of MPCB and MIDC
